We had a wonderful stay here, the house was clean and spacious. The backyard was beautiful with a large pool. The view was amazing, we could sit outside in privacy on the patio and enjoy a beverage in comfort while enjoying the view any time of day. The owners baked us a cake for our arrival and continued to spoil us with several other lovely treats throughout our stay. We were able to walk to the restaurants and a food market from the villa. Very convenient

Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den Golf von Neapel und einen tollen, blitzsauberen Pool. Sie ist etwas abgelegen, ein kleineres Auto ist hilfreich auf den engen Straßen, aber wir haben abends nach dem Trubel in den Orten entlang der Küste die Ruhe und den traumhaften Ausblick sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind super hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Mietauto und sie haben uns sofort zur nächsten Tankstelle gefahren! Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt, das Brot und vor allem die rasche Hilfe mit unserem Auto. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Die Ferienwohnung ist Teil einer Villa in der die Eigentümer wohnen. Auf Grund der Weitläufigkeit der Anlage gab es ausreichend Privatsphäre. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral aber dennoch ruhig. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Golf von Neapel. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

The appartment with its surrounding is wonderful and generous in space for 4 (two kids aged 10 and 13). The landlady wonderful and always around for questions. The little shop nearby is handy, a car is needed in order to visit Sorrento (for dinner), Meta spaggia ,or a bit further away Positano..and even Amalfi. A great place to have a relaxing family week - combined with a couple of day or half-day trips!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Views are stunning, and the space is very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and gave us Italian treats. They were very good with the children too. On check-out we had an issue with a flight cancellation, and the owners were able to accommodate us for an extra night, leaving us fresh towels and extra treats. Excellent place to stay - highly recommended.

The villa is surrounded by greenery, in a quiet but central location for reaching all the attractions of the coast (the main destinations are just a few kilometers away). The real plus of 'apartment, furnished with prestigious furniture and equipped with every comfort, is the immense panoramic garden with swimming pool on the Gulf of Naples. A true paradise where you can spend a quality stay and enjoy spectacular sunsets. Owners very kind and really very hospitable. We will return.

La splendide vue de la terrasse a été un délice lors de nos petits déjeuners ou encore lors de nos fins de journée. Nous n'avons pas profite de la piscine mais elle est tres certainement un plus en période de grosses chaleurs. Beautiful location! We spend 10 wonderful days in Villa Auxilia. The location of the flat is hard to find but worth the search! The flat itself is very spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfy and the view is breathtaking! With a car it the perfect starting point to explore the whole area from Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast to Neapels. We felt very welcome, thank you for a great stay!

We had a lovely time in the villa, the view is astounding and our hosts were very welcoming. The villa is in a quiet area near the small village and easy to access to Sorrento and other areas to visit. The villa is very well equipped to spend a wonderful stay and the hostes are welcoming and helpful. I would certainly recommend the villa and if I have the opportunity I would come back again.

We stayed at Villa Auxelia at the beginning of January 2020. This is an excellent house on the peninsula, half an hour way by car from Naples. Convenient for trips to Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum, and the Amalfi Coast. The villa itself is very large, we lived in a separate part of it – apartments with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. There is a lot of space there - a small garden, a terrace, and big parking right at the front door. From one bedroom there is access to the terrace, the other bedroom has a large window towards the sea. Auxelia and Anna were very friendly and welcoming hosts. They gave us all the information and very useful recommendation about the area’s infrastructure, shops and restaurants. The view from the terrace is stunning – we can see Sorrento, as well as Naples. Even in winter, the villa is absolutely beautiful. And I suppose, in the summer, when the pool is working it is just magical. The house is very good furnished, the kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms have everything you need. I definitely recommend the villa for wonderful a stop near of Sorrento!

Unsere Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Unsere Vermieter waren immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage und der Blick von unserer Terasse waren
einfach nur wunderschön.

Wir können sagen, daß der Aufenthalt etwas ganz besonderes war.
Die Lage ist fantastisch mit dem tollen Blick über die Bucht von Neapel.
Ganz große Klasse. Sehr empfehlenswert....

We had a really lovely week in the villa. The location was great with an amazing view. The owner was very welcoming and left a cake and
croissants for us which was a lovely touch and really appreciated.
The pool was larger than we usually have access to with a small villa and although shared with the owners they rarely used it whilst we were there
and moved aside for us on the rare occasions they were.
The only small issue was the number of cats begging around the outdoor space. They didn't belong to the owner so difficult for them to control. Not an
issue for us however may be for a family with an aversion to cats!

I would not hesitate to recommend the villa to others and we would consider returning. A rarity for us as we always look for something new!

We all absolutely loved our stay at Villa Auxilia. The family who owns the villa were warm, friendly and helpful without being too intrusive. They very kindly baked us a delicious chocolate pie and bought us cakes and bread.

The villa was very comfortable for all of us. We fell in love with the views from the terrace, it was stunning. The gardens and pool were beautiful and very relaxing.

We had a great local taxi driver who picked us up most evenings to take us to Sorrento for dinner. He would also do day trips. There was so much to see and do in the area.
We did a boat trip to Capri and visited Pompeii.

I would definitely return to Sorrento and Villa Auxilia.

This villa is situated in piano di Sorrento (up in the hills). It is relaxing, calming and has a beautiful view. The villa is large, clean and well kept. It has a beautiful pool that is kept sparkling clean and a comfortable temperature. Although it is shared with the family they make every effort to give the guest privacy. The family that owns the villa is very helpful and willing to provide information regarding shopping, travelling or grocery stores. I would say a car is a must in this area. There is a bus available and it is only 10 min from downtown Sorrento but the house is in a very isolated area. The family has a Golden Retriever named Ray that is very friendly and loves to visit. The family speaks a little English but speaking Italian would make the stay much easier. We would recommend this Villa. We found escaping to the villa after a busy day with lots of people was a perfect and very relaxing.

One of the reasons we booked this villa was for the outside space: the lovely terrace and gardens, the pool, and the magnificent views over the Bay of Naples. It lived up to our very high expectations and that stunning view is one of the most memorable aspects of a wonderful holiday in Italy.

The Villa owner was very charming and welcoming. Although the pool is shared with the owners the family go out of their way to give guests privacy and never used the pool area when we were there. In fact, we wouldn't have minded had they done so.

The Villa itself is comfortable and spacious, particularly the bedrooms. The kitchen and inside dining/living area is not large but that was irrelevant as we were lived outdoors from dawn to dusk and the outside area was fantastic. If I were to suggest an improvement it would be to upgrade some of the kitchen utensils - a sharp knife; wine glasses, etc.

The Villa is very relaxing and we were so pleased to be away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento and other very, busy areas along the Amalfi coast. For us the location was perfect - a place to unwind, read books, laze by the pool and have family time - but well positioned to see the amazing Amalfi coast.

We opted not to drive to Amalfi and Ravello (hair-raising negotiating the bends) but caught a very early morning Sita bus which stopped at the village just above the Villa. I would recommend this to other guests but you need to catch an early bus at busy season, or the bus is likely to be full with Sorrento tourists by the time it passes the village later in the day.

This was such a memorable holiday and the panoramic views from the Villa will stay with me for a long time. I have already recommended the Villa to other members of my family, and we would happily return ourselves. Thank you.

Le contexte est luxueux tant par l'architecture de la maison que par l'équipement et le mobilier.
Notre chambre avec du parquet au sol et un beau mobilier ancien était superbe...
Notre hotesse nous a reçu avec une grande courtoisie. Il faut la remercier!
Les photos sont à l'identique de la réalité. Belle piscine / panorama superbe...
Il n'y a rien à dire sur l'équipement et la confort qui sont parfait; et la possibilité de garer la voiture dans la propriété gratuitement de manière securisée.
En voiture, nous avons pu faire les courses, visiter Sorrento et les environs.

Il est important de préciser toutefois que, par la localisation de la maison, et l'absence de transports en commun à proximité, il est impératif d'avoir un véhicule pour sejourner à la Villa Auxilia!
Ce pourrait être un problème pour vos locataires qui seraient à pied! ( arrivée en taxi depuis la gare ou l'avion! )

En résumé: encore un sejour extraordinaire!

Nous avons été très bien et très chaleureusement accueillis tant à Praiano (Smeraldo) qu'à Sorrento (Villa Auxilia).
Les 2 emplacements sont à la fois différents mais exceptionnels touts les deux.

Nous sommes donc très satisfaits, et nous vous recontacterons certainement pour l'été 2016!
