Our family of 4 have have just spent a relaxing week enjoying Villa Alta Marea. It was our second time to stay in the Villa as we had previously visited in May 2019. It was only due to the Covid pandemic that it took so long to return, but it was worth the wait.

It is such a lovely location, the views are stunning, and close to Scopello, so many things to do in the area, but the Villa is quiet and secluded, so it is really relaxing. There are great range of options for eating in Scopello, but we also love to get beautiful fresh produce from Scopello Market shop and make use of the BBQ and enjoy the outdoor eating areas of the Villa.

The pool is super and really refreshing, we used it so many different times during the day. One of favourite times is at night with the lights on and under the stars. The pool area and gardens are so clean and well looked after. We noticed how well the garden has matured over the 3 years which adds to the enjoyment, especially as you can pick lemons, limes and other fruit from the trees. There is also another shower and toilet in the outdoor area that we find really useful.
The owners are lovely and very keen to help and make sure you enjoy your stay. Thanks for a great time again.

Die Villa Alta Marea ist ein wirklich schöner, einladender und ruhiger Ort an dem man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Der Besitzer und seine Frau sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Villa befindet sich etwas erhöht auf einem Hang bei dem man einen wundervollen Blick auf die Küste hat, vor allem bei Nacht sticht die Aussicht heraus. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und bietet genügend Platz. Die Anlage ist zudem ordentlich und gepflegt. Der Pool ist sauber und groß genug um dort Zeit zu verbringen. Dieser wird auch alle drei Tage vom Besitzer gereinigt. Restaurants befinden sich in Scopello, diese kann man mit einem Spaziergang erreichen oder man fährt mit dem Auto. Ich kann die Villa Alta Marea absolut weiterempfehlen!

This place was amazing, the pool and villa were incredible, all well kept and had everything we needed, especially the private pool and terraces! Our hosts did so much to make us comfortable and welcome. The villa was well equipped, clean, and surrounded by beautiful views on all sides. Close enough to Scopello to be an easy drive or walk to the village, but lovely and rural, quiet and peaceful. Perfect holiday place, we loved every second. Thank you!
