The moment we entered Casetta del Lunario we knew we had found something very special Our hostess welcomed us with fresh fruit vegetables flowers a bottle of local wine had supplied a book with extremely helpful suggestions about local restaurants shopping activities We woke in the mornings to a magnificent view from the french doors to the Umbrian valley below The spacious herb filled garden was a great place to relax read a book in the comfortable lounges whilst the grapevine covered terrace with table chairs was just the place to have our fresh pasta a glass of vino There is a very good restaurant around the corner called il Cacciatore with a large outdoor terrace overlooking the valley which serves traditional local food wine The town square is only a minute walk away and has food wine shops art galleries restaurants post office local buses There is also a ...
