Great location and plenty of space for people couples - very comfortable living for nights The view is spectacular and it is great to have a bathroom for each room The pool is beautiful and clean The outdoor terraces are amazing The location is great - not a long walk to the main part of town All the rooms are spacious and clean Air conditioning in each bedroom Cleaning staff came in every day The villa Svevo is close to great restaurants and shopping Furthest reaches of town were only about a - minute walk Great access in port to inexpensive water taxisferries to travel to Capri Amalfi Bus service ran to surrounding towns - very inexpensive Visited Ravello - stunning little town We ate a La Sponda - Michelin Star - exceptional service and food - very very expensive Favorite restaurant was Caffe Positano - at least meals there ...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at L Annunziata The house was more beautiful than the pictures could describe The sunset views out towards Capri were stunning Everything about the house was perfect from the kitchen big enough to accommodate several cooks all working together to the poolside chairs and lovely bedrooms A special thank you goes to House Manager who saved the day when we locked our keys inside the house He was very sweet to come and let us in even though it was late in the afternoon He was very professional and made it easy for us to get in and out of the house quickly and efficiently Suzanne ...
