There is a larger grocery on the main Amalfi Coast road which delivered supplies.
There are flat screen televisions in each bedroom and the living room. I was able to program them in English. There is a washing machine, which we used every day and a clothesline. The clothes all dried within a few hours.
There are numerous restaurants and shops nearby, even a barber shop just up the street, who gives the most fantastic haircuts. You can reach the center of town by walking a short distance on the road or going down to the beach and walking up to the center. The steps to the beach are easy to walk.
The villa itself was great. It has a gated entry and a beautiful short walk to the front door.
There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 with access to the balcony which also connects to the kitchen. There is a third smaller bedroom with a twin bed and a folded up twin. There are 2 bathrooms both with showers. The living room has a convertible sofa. There is a fireplace which adds to the charm. Each room has a heating/air conditioning unit, which works well. It does start to get chilly in the evenings at that time of year, but the days were warm and glorious.
The views are spectacular. From the sun terrace you have a 360 degree view of Positano, the mountains and the sea.
The arrangements to meet the key holder were easy. She met us at the villa since we knew where it was. But, she will meet you at a convenient location to show you the villa. If you have any questions or need she is only a phone call away.
We have rented villas in Positano before, but when we return to Positano, which is my favorite place, we will return to Casa Patty.
